The instrument is designed for accurate estimation of moisture in various Solid, Liquids or Gas samples. It works on Volumetric Principle.
The incorporation of latest microcontroller based circuitry ensures trouble-free performance with perfect reproducible results and total reliability.

The instrument is having a built in magnetic stirrer with speed controller. The Karl Fischer Reagent is added automatically to the reaction beaker by a highly sensitive motorized dispensing system. This dispensing system eliminates the need of Glass Burette, Piston Type Syringe, and Control Valves, thus greatly minimizing of hazardous and corrosive Karl Fischer Reagent. The dispensing makes the instrument very easy for day to day maintenance.
A feather touch keyboard enables the operator to enter data such as sample quantity, density and other data related to the test. A built in method is available for determination of titer factor.
The K/F Reagent added is volumetrically displayed on the digital readout with 0.01-ml readability. The moisture in the sample is calculated in terms of PPM or Percentage by the instrument automatically.
An audio alarm and suitable message indicate the end point of the titration. The alphanumeric display makes the instrument users friendly by prompting the instructions during course of titration.
A Printer Port, compatible with 80 column Dot Matrix EPSON printer, is available for printing the results of the sample under test.
